Shipping Policy

All orders placed inside the U.S. usually arrive within 4-7 business days. Please be patient and expect some delays due to the impact of COVID-19. Orders placed after 4:30pm EST will be processed and shipped the next day.

*For standard shipping, we use USPS. The package is shipped via USPS. Your order can be delivered 6 days a week, including Saturdays. Using local USPS ensures we can keep our delivery cost low meaning more savings for you !

*Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. Federal Holidays. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next day.  No orders will be shipped on New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day , Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S TERRITORIES

All orders shipping to these locations must be delivered via UPS 2 Day Air or UPS Overnight Air. There is an additional $8 charge. A majority of items can be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S Territories, although some products such as alcohols based products, pressurized spray cans, or fragrances cannot travel by air due to fire risk or other mishap. Therefore, these products cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.


*We cannot ship any items outside of the United States and its territories.

Return & Exchange Policy

Refund policy

Sunkissed Hair loves to see you happy. We stand behind our products and want to make sure you are always satisfied. If any problems arise, we will do our best to accommodate you and if an issue cannot be resolved, we will make the return process easy and simple. All you are required to do is return your items within 30 days of purchase. Only products purchased on SunkissedHair.Com may be returned for a full refund within the 30-day period.

*Refunds will be processed based on original form of payment(NO EXCEPTIONS) Turnaround times for refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your items.


For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we suggest that you return your items via UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Please understand that return shipping fees are no refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Your refund will be processed based on the original form of payment minus the return shipping and handling.


*We do not offer free returns. Additionally, we do not offer exchanges at this time.


Damaged Items

Please inspect order once it arrives. Normal wear of packaging is expected, however if damaged occurred to items in your shipment, please contact Sunkissed Hair via online chat Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 a.m and 5:00 p.m. EST , or email All emails will be responded too within 24-48 hours.


Cancellation Policy

Please bear in mind that our order- fulfillment system is designed to be fast and efficient therefore, we cannot adjust nor cancel an order after it has been submitted.
